Get ready…get set! We are working on a full line-up of exciting speakers presenting on a variety of up-to-the-minute topics. Our theme this year is “Unleashing the Power of Working Together”. This year we are also taking proposals for workshops related to the theme. If you or someone you know would like to participate, go to the application document on our website. Meanwhile, get ready for a great conference filled with creative ideas and lessons learned on working collaboratively. Stay tuned for more details. Together we can set the world on fire!

We have been diligently working on creating a line-up of amazing speakers who will present up-to-the-moment information on topics of concern and interest to the Labor-Management community.

  • Joe Bontke, nationally recognized speaker, will give the plenary presentation on “The Art of Civility.” Joe’s presentations are exciting, dynamic, and acclaimed by all who have had the pleasure of hearing him.
  • Rick Levy, President of the Texas AFL-CIO and luminary in the labor movement will speak at the Hall of Fame luncheon. We will honor those who share a passion for the values of LM collaboration.

·         Additionally, we have a full line-up of exciting and interactive workshops on Day Two of the conference.  These include panels and speakers from the maritime industry, education, safety, manufacturing and building trades, updates on EEO, NLRB, and NLRA, and the latest trends in arbitration.  Come for hands-on and practical tools you can use when you walk out the door!

Register now by going to the Registration tab and don’t forget to tune in for updates!  We are looking forward to having you!
